Kavish is a Chartered Accountant cleared in May, 2023 and has completed his Bachelor in commerce from H R College of Commerce & Economics. He has his core in Taxation advisory and compliances and Management consultancy roles being working in the said aspect since January, 2021. He has joined as a Partner at SKDN & Associates in May, 2025 and works across domains like Taxation (Direct & Indirect), Accounting, Auditing, Financing, Management Consultancy, Litigations, Incorporation, Mergers, Investment Advisory & ROC.

He has worked as an associate at MGB & Co. LLP, where his role was to provide Income Tax compliance, litigations and advisory to Listed and Unlisted Corporates, Non profit entities and Individuals. Prior to this role, he has worked in the Tax due diligence arena with Acquisory Consulting LLP doing due diligence with respect to Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Labour Laws. He has completed his Articleship, from a Mid size firm, with an exposure in the field of Accounting (Finalisation & preparation of Government Dept.), Auditing (Internal, Tax and part of Forensic), Taxation (Tax Preparations & litigations for Individuals and Corporates) and Corporate Finance (Mergers).

Nitin is a Chartered Accountant, qualified in May 2019, with 5 years of experience in the Treasury management domain, including project management, automation, and business consulting. He has worked with Axis Bank and Aurionpro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and has joined SKDN & Associates as a partner since May, 2025, specializing in Treasury management, Statutory and Internal Audit, Project Management, and Automation. Prior to joining SKDN & Associates, he has been practicing across all domains namely Taxation (Direct & Indirect), Accounting, Auditing, Financing, Management Consultancy, Litigations, Incorporation, Mergers, Investment Advisory & ROC since September 2024.
